Motives make everyone skeptical when it is a hidden secret. Sincerity/honesty commands a whole different level of trust. People know when your heart is right, so do right. No one wants strings to always be attached to the things that you do for them. Be forthcoming with information and you just may be surprised with the results. It is not a bad thing to be open with your desires. As a matter of fact, it can help a person to appreciate you better. That person could have something that they want out of the deal too. Communication is key in every situation.
